The salmon is skinless, boneless, and center-cut, individually wrapped, with 10 servings per container. Each serving size is 4 oz. This product is easy to thaw and season as desired, making it a versatile choice for baking, grilling, or frying - it's always delicious.
Temperature-sensitive items, such as those that need to be chilled or frozen, are carefully packed in an insulated box with dry ice and/or iced gel packs. Our packing team ensures the use of enough dry ice and/or gel packs to maintain the correct temperature until delivery.
Please note that our warehouse packs everything as tightly as possible to ensure the item(s) remain frozen/refrigerated during transit and the coolant surrounds the item(s). As dry ice dissipates and gel packs thaw, this can create pockets of space in the package, allowing products to shift around.
